Do We Need It?

Processed Corn is made up of two good things. Processed and Corn.

Processed

“Process” is a happy word. It makes us feel like we are better at stuff than we really are. When asked, “How is your diet going?” Instead of saying, “Way crappy”, we get to say, “It’s a process.” And people congratulate us for that.

Corn

Corn is a food we can’t seem to categorize. Is it a grain or a vegetable? The fact is, as long as we eat it, it can be either. When we’ve had too much white bread that day, it’s a whole grain. When we haven’t touched anything green in a week, then corn is a vegetable.

So again, do we need processed corn?

Answer: Most likely it’s what is making up the other 30 or so percent of us that isn’t water.
